School Shows

James can also dazzle and delight your pupils and students of all age groups.

Usually a magic show is required at a school event and James offers shows from 20 minutes to a full hour depending upon your requirements. As in the birthday parties discussed in the main part of this website, all ages, including mixed ages, can be accounted for.

James says that if he doesn’t have the children laughing within the first minute of his show, he’s failed – and he never fails. 🙂 Laughs, gasps of wonder and yells of giggly delight are what ensues from one of James’s shows.

James tries to involve as many children as he can and usually has a whole gang of them up waving their magic wands to produce Nibbles, the magic bunny rabbit at the climax of the show. 🙂

James is perfect for school assemblies, school attendance incentives, after school clubs, school holiday clubs, fun seasonal bookings (Christmas, Easter and so on) or just to visit and entertain at a time of your choosing. James is CRB checked and has public liability insurance.

Educational Magic Shows

James can adapt his show to include any educational topic. Feel free to discuss this when you talk to him.

James is also very skilled at entertaining in nurseries, kindergartens and other educational establishments for very young children. The show he does for this age is first and foremost a fantastic and fun interactive magic show with the appearance of a naughty but hilarious puppet and lots of silly nonsense. 🙂

The magic for nursery age children is very visual, colourful and silly, with loads of clowning elements and audience participation. James gets helpers up at every opportunity and the whole audience is invited to help make Nibbles the magic bunny appear! 🙂

Balloon modelling, fun musical games and “action nursery rhymes” can also be supplied, if required.

Older Children

Older students enjoy more grown-up magic and James is very skilled at pitching his entertainment at the right level.

He can also offer Magic Workshops and has taught magic at Charterhouse, the independent school in Godalming, for many years.
